Thai Turkey Mince with Rice Noodles.
Serves 2 (Large Serves) or 3

Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince, onion, garlic and chilli. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until mince is cooked through.
- Add sauce, lime juice, onion and mince. Mix in well.
- Add cooked Rice Noodles, toss to combine. Serve 🙂
